"Making The Most of Your School"

Another big event today: a seminar for schoolprincipals organized by ECEC.
Not in our own buidling, but in a hotel."Making the most of your school", was the slogan of the whole day with items as 'How to develop your team', 'promoting your school' and 'how to use the resources you have most effectively'

Two volunteers form England who are working at ECEC at the moment -John and Penny-were the speakers. As retired school principals with lots of experience (for John as much as 25 years), they captured the audience which listened attentively.

A day with lots to learn! Particularly the very practical part in which they gave tools to turn an idea for change into a structured action plan.

Dhangadi

In Dhangadhi, Kailali after the training ChandraKala prepared lots of low cost teaching materials as she understood the importance of using materials in the class.

Gita, one of trainees in Kailali got so inspired by the training that she  built an ECD centre in her kitchen garden with the help of her husband.
